Mourning jewelry, player piano, salt cellars, laundry shoot: these are some items of the past that fascinate seven-year-old Andy at her Great-Grandpa Read’s Victorian house in Centra, Ohio. The trip reunites Andy with her great-grandfather, grandparents and cousin, Eve. Andy learns about life of generations past while exploring the many rooms of her relatives’ home.
